IMPORTANT - Help Unload Christmas Trees

Hello Scout Family, On Saturday the 27th of November, we have a wonderful opportunity to help out a local church in Towson - St. Pius X (SPX). SPX is asking for as many Scouts, Scout friends and Scout families as we can muster, to help unload Christmas trees from their trailers. We need to have a strong showing at this event because we may partner with St. Pius X in the near future on many of our Scouting events. So let's show them how Scouts get the job done! On top of the service hours you can earn, your troop leaders will also hand out prizes at the end of the work day for: 1. The Scout who brought the most friends and family to the event 2. The troop with the most scouts present 3. The Scout or Scout team who unloaded the most trees. And if that wasn't incentive enough you might be selected to help out with the sale of the Christmas trees. In the past, Scouts would earn tips for helping customers load the trees to their cars. So all your knot practice could finally pay off!
